Cookie policy

Last updated on 26 October 2026

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar techniques, such as "local storage", fall under the same rules. Below you can read which ones we use and why.

1. Your consent

  • Necessary cookies are needed for the website to work. They do not require consent.
  • Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you consent.
  • Marketing cookies (Google Ads) are also only set after you consent.
  • If you decline both, Google Tag Manager is not even loaded.

We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page or with the button below. If you withdraw your consent, we remove the cookies of that category.

Cloudflare Turnstile. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam. To do so, Turnstile may temporarily process technical data in your browser. This is strictly necessary for security and is not used to track you or for advertising.

3. Statistics cookies (only with your consent)

_gaGoogleDistinguishes visitors with a pseudonymous code, for statistics.2 years
_ga_<ID>GoogleKeeps the state of your visit, for statistics.2 years

Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager, which does not set cookies itself. We use Google Consent Mode: until you consent, everything is set to "denied".

4. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

We advertise through Google Ads. These cookies measure whether a visit through an ad led to a request. We do not use them for personalised advertising or remarketing on other websites.

NameProviderPurposeDuration
_gcl_auGoogleLinks a request to an earlier visit, to measure the results of ads.90 days
_gcl_awGoogleRemembers that you arrived through a Google ad.90 days

5. Third-party content

The Google Maps map on the contact page is only loaded when you click "Show map". Google may then set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

6. Deleting cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as logging in to the customer portal, will then no longer work.

7. More information

Read our privacy policy for more about how we handle your data, or e-mail info@compumaster.be.
